Reminiscent of a grandmother’s knot, the attractive shape of the Nut lamp is made by tying a knot (so to speak): it is the result of twisting and rolling a piece of wood veneer. Two designs for the Nut pendant are practicable and are determined by the direction of twist; this is how the wood veneer is twisted.
